Order processing and stock allocation
Orders are checked against the agreed product, recipient and distribution model. Stock is allocated using release status, batch, expiry date and minimum remaining shelf life. FEFO rules guide selection where applicable; rejected orders and unavailable stock follow defined exception procedures.
Pick and pack for pharmaceutical products
Released goods are picked against the order, checked and prepared for dispatch. Packaging and staging must preserve the required product conditions through transport handover. Assembly and labelling activities are only included within the confirmed process and authorisation scope.

Pharmaceutical returns management
Returned products are received under a controlled status. The agreed review considers product identity, condition, handling history and traceability before a responsible function determines the next step. Returns reporting separates pending cases from stock that has been assessed.
Batch tracking and shipment visibility
Batch, expiry and movement records connect stock to orders and dispatch. Serial-number tracking or additional track-and-trace functionality requires confirmed product data, interfaces and system capability. The service does not imply a universal serialisation solution.
Define your fulfilment profile
Provide order volumes, order lines, units per pick, recipient types, packaging needs, temperature limits, returns volumes and reporting expectations. The resulting scope distinguishes warehouse fulfilment from transport and from pharmacy dispensing or direct-to-patient activities.
